Kosovo's president Ibrahim Rugova is suffering from cancer, a government official told the Associated Press Sunday.
It was not immediately clear what was Rugova's current condition, according to the official who spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the issue. The official did not disclose any other details. Rugova is expected to make a televised address on Monday, AP reports.
