Ukrainian and Russian Naval Forces to Organise Joint Exercises in April

Ukrainian and Russian naval forces intend to organise joint exercises as part of the Channel of Peace-2003 project. As a Rosbalt correspondent reports, this was announced by representatives of the Ukrainian naval forces in Kiev.

According to official sources, these joint exercises are in no way related to the war in the Persian Gulf. 100 marines from both countries are expected to participate in the Channel of Peace-2003 event in the Black Sea on April 21-23.
