OPEC General Secretary Alvaro Silva Calderon to Arrive in Moscow on August 6

OPEC General Secretary Alvaro Silva Calderon is to arrive in Moscow on August 6. As the press-service of the Russian Ministry of Energy announced, this was agreed on July 24 during a telephone conversation between Calderon and Head of Ministry of Energy Igor Yusufov.

During talks, Yusufov and Calderon discussed the current state of world energy markets. The Russian minister invited the OPEC leader to visit Moscow to continue discussions.
