Wallet returned three decades later

In France, a factory worker has had his wallet returned thirty years after it was stolen from him as he worked in a factory.

Now 54 years old, Jose Paula da Costa, of Portuguese origin, is happy to see his wallet and all his documents intact, but without any money. The wallet was found near the factory where he works in na out-building. He was identified by the photographs.
