Representative of Democratic Party Kurdistan in the CIS Hoshvi Babakr told Rosbalt on Friday at a press conference entitled 'Iraqi Crisis and the Kurdish question' that Kurds are coming out in favour of federalism and creation of a multi-party system in Iraq.
