Russian And American Diplomatic Chiefs Agree On Consultations Early In November In Moscow
Russian-American consultations on strategic stability will be held early in November in Moscow. This understanding was reached in Shanghai at a meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov and US Secretary of State Colin Powell. The consultations will be between Russia's First Deputy Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Trubnikov and US Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage. In the course of the consultations the sides will also discuss the fight against terrorism.
