Russian Military Warns About Insufficient Number Of Satellites

The number of satellites of the Russian orbital group used for reconnaissance is too insufficient, commander of the Russian space troops Anatoly Perminov announced at a meeting with journalists in Moscow today. He noted that, in view of the aggravated situation around Afghanistan, Russia is going to launch several reconnaissance satellites. The official mentioned that they did not plan to launch additional satellites before.
