US Secretary of State Colin Powell acknowledged that the US military operation in Afghanistan relied heavily on Russia's experience and advice. He announced this in his interview to CNN showman Larry King on Monday evening. According to Powell, the Russians have given to Americans much advice and informed about their experience of conducting military operations in Afghanistan. But the USA has faced a different situation, Powell stressed. According to him, the Northern Alliance's troops had to face more difficulties.
