The Russian interior ministry-sponsored agreement had been agreed on with the foreign and justice ministries of Russia and discussed with the Greek side. As RIA Novosti knows from the governmental information department, a resolution to the effect was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov. The interior ministry is now to hold talks with the Greek ministry and sign the agreement on the Russian government's behalf once appropriate understanding was reached.
