Russian Foreign Minister completes his tour of Asian countries

Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Igor Ivanov has completed his tour of the Asian countries during which he visited South Korea, North Korea, special administrative districts of China - Macao and Hong Kong, and also took part in the session of the ASEAN regional forum in Brunei. In Brunei, the Russian Foreign Minister had bilateral meetings with the Foreign Ministers of China, India, South Korea, Australia and with US Secretary of State Colin Powell.

Commenting on the results of the participation of the Russian delegation in the ASEAN regional forum, Igor Ivanov said: "We positively assess the results of these meetings and hope that we shall have good prospects for developing cooperation in the future."
