US to warm Ukraine

The US will help Ukraine with heating system in winter 2016.

Ukraine reached an agreement with the US on the rescue from clod death.

The Ukrainian Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Igor Nasalik willingly accepted help of the Americans, which was offered by the Senior Advisor for Energy Infrastructure Security in the Office of International Affairs William Bryan.

The US Department of Energy helps not only with heating in winter, but also maintains single gas price.

The US believes that reforms in Ukraine should come from outer 'donors', who infuse the agonizing country's economy with funds.

Ukraine has already increased pipeline rates since 1 May. Rise of several public utilities costs has made up 90%.
