FT: Russia ruins USA's plans to establish no-fly zone over Syria

The United States was about to reach the agreement on a no-fly zone in Syria as a result of months of talks, but Russia suddenly upset the plans of the US administration as the aircraft of the Russian Air Force started bombing ISIS terrorists in Syria, The Financial Times wrote. 

From the point of view of the US military, to whom the authoritative refers, one had to put an end to Assad's bombings of civilians in northern and southern Syria. According to US officials,  the nearly concluded agreement was based on proposals from Jordan and Turkey.

The West criticizes Moscow for the operation in Syria. Western official claim that Russia is bombing the Syrian opposition, although the Kremlin calls such statements as "information attacks." 

Officials with the Russian Defense Ministry say that Russian airplanes conduct pinpoint strikes on the positions of the Islamic State. Within only three days of the operation, the combat potential of the terrorists has been significantly reduced.
