Finnish Seafarers to Receive On-Ship Simulator Centre from Russia
The formal ceremony of opening of the On-Shipboard Simulator Centre made by the specialists of AO Tranzas in St. Petersburg is to be held in the capital of Finland on Wednesday.
As officials of the trade representation of Russia in Finland said, the unique on-shipboard simulator centre is delivered as payment of the former U.S.S.R.'s debt. The value of this project is estimated at 5 million U.S. dollars.
Vice-speaker of the State Duma and president of the Russian Polar Explorers' Association Artur Chilingarov will be present at the ceremony of opening the On-Shipboard Simulator Centre.
