Spanish bakery Currus&co will be delivering bread to its customers via drones.

The bakery, located in a town of Somo, in Cantabria plans to use a fleet of drones to deliver its goods.

"We have a great product and we want to bring it to the world," bakery manager Marina Albite claimed.

The delivery service would detect the location of a client and send their order out in a canvas bag attached to a drone.

The new service may be started in September, when government restrictions on private drone usage are lifted.

"When they allow us, we will do it, that is the plan," said Albite. "And we will be the first in the world to do it."
