Court sets date of Jason Horton's trial
Former Missouri basketball teammates, Jason Horton and Stefhon Hannah, are charged with misdemeanor third-degree assault that took place on Jan. 27 at the Athena Night Club in Columbia.
The court has already appointed the day of Jason Horton's trial - April 15. But Hannah’s fate is still in question. The Prosecutor’s office claimed that it had not received any notification of a court date for Hannah’s case.
Perhaps, it’s connected with information, exactly with not enough amount of it to finish with discovery and start a trial.
Hannah was fired from the MU team last month, and Horton was appointed to play his final game in Columbia on Tuesday, they day of arrest.
