"Ghostbuster": I was blessed to be a part of it

When it comes to naming the guys in the title roles of the 1980s comedy "Ghostbusters", who ya gonna remember?

Let's see: Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis ... right?

And?

It doesn't bother Ernie Hudson much that people can't place him as the fourth ghostbuster, who had to lug around an unlicensed nuclear accelerator and fire proton streams at flying blobs of ectoplasm.

He doesn't mind the relative obscurity just as long as he's working, he said Friday at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he and other "Ghostbusters" staff answered students' questions about the entertainment business.

"I'm working and that's all that matters," said Hudson, 59. "As an actor, I never worried about being the star."

Hudson said he is shooting one film, about to start another and will be on the road at a film festival soon to tout a third project.

He told the students that working on "Ghostbusters" was a great experience.

"I was blessed to be a part of it," he said, AP reports.
