Japanese children to spend holidays in Russia's Far East

A group of Japanese children from the town of Kamo arrived in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, a big city in Russia's Far East, to spend their holidays. Kamo is Komsomolsk-on-Amur's twin-city. The agreement between the twin-cities implies the exchange of different delegations, including mutual holiday trips by Russian and Japanese children.

An interesting programme is in store for the Japanese children in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. They will spend a week in a health camp with Russian children, take a motor ship voyage down the Amur river, visit museums, culture centres and children's playgrounds.

Last year a group of the best pupils from Komsomolsk-on-Amur spent their holidays in Kamo.
