Russia's Prosecutor General Vladimir Ustinov has said Tuesday that two bodies of the sunk Kursk sailors have been recovered today, thus bringing the total to 49, of whom 31 have been identified. Several more bodies are expected to be extracted this night. A note written by a warrant officer, whose body was lifted and buried a year ago, has been found in a mineral water bottle. According to Ustinov, the message, which is not even timed, is a private one and carries no evidence valuable for the investigators. Therefore Vladimir Ustinov withstood from making the text of the note public-it is to be delivered to the officer's family.
