Vladimir Putin at 12.00 o'clock Moscow time on December 24 will, speaking live on the ORT and RTR TV channels, answer questions put to him by Russians on the air waves, by telephone and via the Internet, said his press-service. A direct video-link with the Kremlin will be maintained by mobile television vans operating in Moscow and a number of provincial centres.
