Passenger Jet Flies to Thailand, but Lands in Russia

A passenger jet with Russian tourists on board was heading to Thailand. An engine malfunction made the plane fly back to Russia and perform an emergency landing. The crewmembers of the plane forgot to warn their passengers about that. The tourists were really surprised to see their own snowy country instead of hot exotic Thailand after six hours of flying.

Il 86 passenger jet of Ural Airlines had to fly back to the airport of Ekaterinburg because one of its engines stopped working. The landing was performed successfully, no one was injured. However, all 350 passengers did not know what was going on aboard their plane. They were shocked to see so much snow in “Thailand.”

The passengers of the plane were housed in the hotel of the airport. They left for Thailand soon again, several hours later. As it was reported, the engine was fixed, but the flight was delayed several times, for it was difficult to make the tourists come together for another trip.
