No sex in German army

The German Defense Ministry announced last week that there had been an order issued to forbid sex in the army. It was said in the document that sex with other soldiers of opposite sex could exert negative influence on soldiers’ spirit. It was even added that sex might jeopardize the mutual trust and aspiration to help each other.

The document was a result of German military officials’ thinking about the state of things with females in the army. German women have been recently allowed to serve in the army. Furthermore, the document forbids the German soldiers to hang pornographic pictures on the walls of their barracks, since those pictures might be offensive to others.
