Man throws dog off roof for experiment. Video

Users of social networks have announced the hunt for the student from India, who threw a dog off the roof  for the sake of an experiment. The man uploaded the disturbing slow motion video of the "experiment" on the Internet.  

The fall killed the dog. Animal rights activists have found the villain in a campaign organized by social networkers. The man was identified as a graduate of the Medical College of Tamil Nadu in India.

Representatives of the animal welfare organization Humane Society International announced a monetary reward for those who can establish the whereabouts of the student.
