Soyuz TM-34 space ship and ISS to demate on Saturday

The Soyuz TM-34 spacecraft with a short-duration crew /EP-4/ on board will undock from the International Space Station /ISS/ at 23:43, Moscow time, on Saturday, the Russian Mission Control Centre /TsUP/ reported.

The ship will be boarded by crew commander Sergei Zaletin, Russian cosmonaut, first flight engineer Belgian Frank de Vinne, second flight engineer Russian Yury Lonchakov.

The crew have been at the ISS for a week within the framework of a 10-day-long flight. They delivered a new "security ship", Soyuz TMA-1, designed to evacuate a long-duration crew in case of emergency. The crew conducted some 20 science-technical experiments.

After demating the ship will set a course back to the Earth. The landing is scheduled for 03:00, Moscow time, on Sunday, November 10th, in the prairies of Kazakhstan.
