F.D.A. demands withdrawal of Viagra ads

The Food and Drug Administration harshly criticized &to=http://english.pravda.ru/world/2001/05/29/6176.html' target=_blank>Viagra's maker, Pfizer, for depicting men taking the drug as devilish. The dispute is indicative of the give-and-take involved in the F.D.A.'s administering of rules covering the advertising of prescription drugs directly to consumers. The campaign, composed of television commercials and print ads that began appearing in August, mentioned the Viagra brand name but did not describe the condition it is meant to treat, erectile dysfunction, reports New York Times.
