What can you find at a flea market?

Fraser Claughton, a British man bought an old suitcase at a flea market in Australia paying soome $36 for it. Imagine his surprise, when he found it stuffed with Beatles memorabilia: photos, notes and recordings.

The Times of London reported Tuesday that the cache includes photos, concert programs and unreleased recordings. The collection includes previously unknown versions of "We Can Work It Out" and "Cry Baby Cry."

"It's like finding the end of the rainbow in Australia," said the purchaser.

Some experts believe the collection may have belonged to Mal Evans and was simply stolen during the world tour. Evans was a Beatles roadie and sound recording engineer.

He was killed by police in Los Angeles in 1976 after brandishing a fake gun.
