With this service one can quickly centralize customer information and streamline business processes with a solution that offers unmatched user adoption and business productivity. Two different options let you tailor your deployment to fit the way your business works.
The service is available in English version in the U.S. and Canada. Microsoft is not going to launch the service outside of North America.
The service includes 5GB of storage, 100 configurable workflows and 100 custom entities. The security-enhanced access is through Windows Live ID. It’s integrated with Outlook and Office applications. It includes Customer Support and Training services. It costs $44 per user per month.
The Professional Plus Version gives you all the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Professional version along with added storage, customization, and offline data access capabilities (20GB of storage, 200 configurable workflows and 200 custom entities). The new features are: Offline Synchronization, Additional Customization and Additional Workflow rules. It’s worth of $59 per user per month.
