South Korean leader to pay official visit to Russia

An official visit of President of South Korea Roh Moo-Hyun to Russia starts today. The South Korean leader was invited by Russian President Vladimir Putin. During the four-day official visit, the two officials are going to discuss the nuclear program of South Korea, Russia's energy exports to this country, a project of connecting Russia's Trans-Siberian Railroad with South Korea, as well as a number of issues regarding South Korea's investments in refineries and gas pipelines in East Siberia.
