More wounded taken to hospital
Some 17 wounded people have been taken to the central hospital in Vladikavkaz, among them 4 children in critical condition, Boris Digurov, the chief physician with the hospital told RBC TV.
One officer of the Russian Emergencies Ministry has died and three were injured during the operation in Beslan, the information department of the Emergencies Ministry reported to RBC. According to information received in law enforcement agencies, there are causalities among special forces too.
