Duma head on protecting citizens' savings

The Russian State Duma is ready to consider Central Bank's bill on protecting citizens' savings allocated in banks that have not entered the deposit insurance system, Duma Chairman Boris Gryzlov told journalists today. The Chairman of the Central Bank has passed this bill to the Duma Committee for Credit Organizations and Financial Markets today, Gryzlov pointed out. According to the speaker of the lower house of Russian parliament, this bill is very important and the Duma Council will consider it on July 8.
