Gazprom representative comments on possibility of buying YUKOS assets

Gazprom is not considering the possibility of buying YUKOS assets and has no information on selling YUKOS assets, Press Secretary of Gazprom Chairman Sergey Kupriyanov told journalists. According to him, Gazprom Executive Board Member Vlada Rusakova was not endowed to make any announcements on possible buying, thus her words are not the position of the company. He also emphasized that Gazprom was going to implement a number of projects with YUKOS and was not interested in instability in a partner company.
