MICEX to start trading Russian Eurobonds soon
Under a program on developing an organized market of securities, the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX) is going to complete technical preparations for starting trade of Russian Eurobonds in rubles in February 2004. According to the MICEX press service, on December 19, 2003, the Federal Securities Commission and MICEX agreed upon the rules for the circulation of the mentioned securities on MICEX.
