No SARS cases registered in Moscow

No SARS cases have been registered in Moscow, the press service of the Moscow State sanitary-and-epidemiological service reported.

According to the World Health Organisation, a total of 8,454 SARS cases have been registered in the world, with 792 out of them /9.36 per cent/ lethal.

The Organisation also informs that since April 2003 no new SARS cases have been registered in Vietnam. The latest SARS case in Singapore was registered on May 11th.

On June 12th-13th China did not register any new cases either and none of the patients died. According to the Chinese Health Ministry, the epidemic is on the wane.
