Transneft shareholders to consider 2002 results

Transneft shareholders will draw up the results of the company's activities in 2002 at their annual meeting on June 27, 2003, the company told RBC. The date and the agenda of the meeting were approved at yesterday's meeting of the Board of Directors.

Shareholders are to approve annual financial reports and dividend payments for 2002, to elect members of the Board of Directors and the auditor for 2003.
