Official Dollar and Euro Exchange Rates
The official US dollar-rouble exchange rate announced by the Russian Central Bank for March 28th equals 31.38 roubles for $1.
The rate has decreased by 0.29 kopecks as compared with the previous one, RIA Novosti learned at the Central Bank's external and public relations department Thursday.
The euro exchange rate as of March 28th has increased by 21.97 kopecks and totals 33.6205 roubles for 1 euro.
