Economy Ministry releases GDP figures

According to estimations of the Economy Ministry, the GDP growth in January-February 2003 amounted to 6.1 percent, compared to the corresponding period of last year, the press service of the ministry told RBC. In February 2003, according to estimations of the Economy Ministry, the GDP advance was 0.3 percent compared to January 2003, and 6.6 percent compared to February 2002.
