During the discussion the project of oil pipeline building “Angarsk - Dacin” (Russia - China). According to his words, Russian internal oil refining market is limited, that’s why to exploit new oil deposits won’t be effective. For export the most advantageous partner is China, which needs in hydrocarbonic raw materials are constantly increasing. However, the deputy minister of the depths department thinks that in long term crude export isn’t profitable because final products are much more expansive. But today unfortunately crude oil is more advantageous and required. When building oil pipe-line the modest technologies will be used for not to harm environment. ©
