Gazprom to discuss issuing Eurobonds

At its today's meeting, the executive board of the Gazprom gas holding will discuss the issuing and placing of the second Eurobond loan of the company, the implementation of the planned financial and economic indices of Gazprom over the first half of 2002, the balance of payments for the 3rd quarter of 2002, the drafts of the investment program and of the program for reducing expenses and the 2003 budget draft of Gazprom.

Additionally, the executive board is to discuss priority goals regarding automating technological processes, information and managing systems, telecommunications and metrology, and Gazprom's quarterly report on its securities over the 2nd quarter of 2002.
