Vladimir Putin: The Country's Leaders Will Fulfill Their Obligations To Compatriots Living Abroad

Russian president Vladimir Putin said that the Russian leaders will do everything to fulfill their obligations to the compatriots living outside Russia, in particular, in Lithuania. In this way Vladimir Putin answered the question of a WWII veteran from Lithuania, who arrived in Moscow to meet the president in the Kremlin. Russia remembers its citizens, stressed the president. He also noted that he had recently met the Lithuanian president and become convinced that the leaders of that country are striving for an interethnic peace. (kul/lio)
