Two Jewish settlements Neve-Dkalim and Gadid in the Gaza Sector came under mortar fire Monday. At least three mines exploded close to apartment houses, however, no casualties followed, with the exception of two women who fainted. The Israelis shot at the likely fire emplacements from tank guns. The inhabitants of the two villages were recommended to stay in bomb shelters.
