Preparations for a visit by Chinese leader Jiang Zemin to Moscow, due to take place this summer, will be the main theme of negotiations between Tang Jiaxuan and Igor Ivanov, respective Foreign Ministers of China and Russia, the press attache of the Chinese embassy in Moscow, Sun Lin Jian, is quoted as saying this on Thursday. He said the ministers are expected to coordinate aspects of the Treaty of Good-neighbourliness, Friendship and Cooperation between China and Russia, to be signed in the course of Jiang Zemin's visit to Moscow. The two foreign ministers are going to initial a bilateral document, which will seal the sides' desire to conclude the treaty. Sun Lin Jiang said they will also discuss international problems. The sides may speak of the current state of relations between China and the United States in the wake of recent developments -- the incident with an American military plane and the American declarations on the intention to supply destroyers, diesel submarines and warplanes to Taiwan. The Chinese foreign minister will arrive in Moscow Friday, April 27.
