Council Of Europe's Secretary General Walter Schwimmer Plans To Visit Russia

Secretary General of the Council of Europe Walter Schwimmer plans to visit Russia this May. In his interview with RIA Novosti correspondent on Wednesday, the secretary-general said that, according to the schedule, he would have a meeting with the RF Foreign Minister Sergei Ivanov and special representative of Russia's President on human rights in Chechnya Vladimir Kalamanov.
