Russia's Emergencies Minister Sergei Shoigu has arrived in the Tajik capital of Dushanbe. He said that the Russian and Tajik Emergencies Ministries have numerous joint projects, part of which has already been carried out while others are still to be implemented. We should collaborate as really good neighbours who do good to people, but not because it is envisaged in the protocol, noted Shoigu. Russia's Emergencies Minister is scheduled to meet with Tajik President Emomali Rakhmonov, Prime Minister Akil Akilov, and Speaker of the Upper Parliamentary House Makhmadsaid Ubaidullayev.
