A high-ranking Kremlin representative said on Wednesday that no other serious cadre solutions are forthcoming in the near future. To him, the cadre reshuffling which surfaced on March 28 has nothing to do with government reorganisation. He said that at the present time the government is preparing proposals on cabinet reorganisation. These proposals have not yet been tabled to the president, said the Kremlin spokesman, RIA Novosti reports. On Wednesday Vladimir Putin has made a set of important appointments in the Russian state.
