A political scandal: USA law-enforcement agencies detained the State Secretary of the Unit of Russia and Belorus and former presidential business affairs manager, who worked in the administration of Boris Yeltsin, Pavel Borodin. The detainment was sanctioned by the Swiss prosecutor's office. Pavel Borodin left for New York for inauguration of US President George Bush.
