Council of Europe experts to visit Chechnya again
A group of Council of Europe experts is arriving in Moscow today. They will go to Chechnya to gather the information concerning human rights in the republic. 9 months ago Russia become the only member of the European Council, deprived of the vote. The reason was human rights violation in Chechnya. And now representatives of the Council of Europe are going to Chechnya to check if the there are any changes for the best, BBC announces. They are also going to meet with the representatives of the Chechen administration.
