Bulgaria considers withdrawing its peace-keepers from a radioactive Kosovo

Yet another victim of NATO’s military operation in Kosovo has emerged. In Spain, a peace-keeper who returned from Kosovo has been taken to hospital being diagnosed as having leukaemia. This case is reported to have prompted Bulgarian authorities to issue a statement saying that the Bulgarian peace-keeping contingent will be pulled out of Kosovo if the information of their radioactive exposure in the province is confirmed.
