Militants are getting ready for operations in Grozny

Militants in Chechnya are planning to arrange a few anti-terrorist operations, and thus celebrate the 5th anniversary of the day when Grozny was conquered by federal forces. According to Russian service-men, militants are building barricades in the streets and trying to arrange weapon emplacements in houses neighbouring to blocks and check-points of federal forces in the territory of Grozny, “Interfax” reports. Peaceful inhabitants began to leave Grozny, moving southward and eastward.
