Russian colleges’ branches in Armenia illegal, subject to closure

Gyumri and Kapan branches of the Moscow Modern University of Humanities as well as the Vedi branch of the Taganrog Polytechnic College are operating on Armenia’s territory illegally and subject to closure, Russia’s Science and Education Ministry says. Similar measures are also to be taken towards the Myud Law Institute, Oriental Wrestling Academy, the David Anakht Institute, the Yerevan branch of the Moscow Consumers’ Cooperative Institute, the Yerevan Armeno-Russian Technology, Entrepreneurship and Envireonmental Sciences University, the Aparan Ovnanyan University, the Spitak University, and some other higher educational institutions, IMA-press reports.
