Putin considers the Pardon committee opinion
Russian President Vladimir Putin says that he cannot ignore the opinion of the President’s committee for pardon, regarding US citizen Edmond Pope. In particular, the RF leader said: “You know the decision of the committee, respected persons are among its members, and I cannot ignore their point of view”. He added that considering this question he would take into account high level of relationships between USA and Russia, “Interfax” reports.
