LUKASHENKO ENTERTAINS

Russia’s president Vladimir Putin arrived today in Minsk to take part in the meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, and also to attend a CIS summit meting. It is supposed that the formation of the two republic’s single currency issuance centre will be discussed as well as the formation of a unified customs area. During his stay in Minsk, from November 30th through December 1st, Mr. Putin is expected to hold bilateral meetings with the presidents of Moldova, Tadjikistan, Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaidjan, and Uzbekistan, Interfax reports.
